Pan’Artisan launches new and improved Tasca range

sandPan’Artisan’s popular Tasca bread pockets are now available in a 75g format to meet customer and consumer demands for snacking and lighter lunch options – just right for the grab and go sector.

The range of six Tascas has also been updated with three new varieties following research that indicates consumers desire more sophisticated tastes and better product quality.

The new Tasca range now comprises:

Plain White

Classic white dough, perfect for a wide variety of fillings and great grilled as a hot-eating sandwich

Red Onion

Including aromatic red onion, a great compliment to roasted meats or cheeses


Flavoured and topped with cracked black pepper and cheese, adding texture and heat to the classic white dough. Pairs perfectly with cold meats, salads and cheeses for a lighter, fresher summer eat

NEW Sour dough

On-trend sourdough, with the distinctive tangy taste of added sour. Suitable for robust flavours such as anti-pasti style meats and vegetables and superb as a grilled pizza style snack

NEW Italian Herbs

Classic white dough with the addition of traditional Italian herbs, including oregano, basil, thyme and bay. This is a wonderful match to chicken and pesto and a great accompaniment to the traditional Caprese salad for a light lunch

NEW Multi-seed

This Tasca is flavoured with nigella seeds, blue poppy and linseeds, delivering a nutty, textured bite that adds another dimension to lower-fat fillings such as chicken, and chargrilled vegetables

For the ultimate in convenience, Pan’Artisan’s Tascas present the operator with a simple to use product. These fully baked, folded, soft bread pockets are a perfect for choice for a quick and easy sandwich with a difference. The new individual 75g portion size means they are great for waste control and they couldn’t be simpler to use; just thaw, fill and serve, either cold or warmed, in an oven or toasted on a Panini grill at 160°C for just 90 seconds because, unlike Panini, Tascas are fully baked.

Across the Pan’Artisan range, only the best quality ingredients are used, with the omission of GM products and preservatives.
