Pan’Artisan Sponsors Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Awards 2020

studentWe are proud and delighted to once again sponsor the Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Awards 2020, the highly acclaimed annual awards that give catering graduates starting out in their culinary careers a chance to push their skills that little bit further.

Despite the difficulties and setbacks faced by the hospitality industry due to Covid 19, the Craft Guild of Chefs were determined to continue with this year’s awards, a sentiment shared by Pan’Artisan, as all of us strive to get back to ‘normal’.

This year the Awards received record interest and the highest number of entries as keen graduates take the chance to develop their skills, promote their talent and progress in our industry.

The ‘Kitchen and Larder’ semi-finals will take place at the Royal Garden Hotel in London on Wednesday 16th September and the Pastry Graduates will go to Lakefield Hospitality College, London, during the same week.

Excellent sour dough, the flavour was very good and well received compared to our other pizza bases. The brioche dough balls made excellent burger buns. These dough balls (sourdough and brioche) are far better than any other product used.
