Our new deep pan pizzas made with sourdough allows operators menu versatility whilst tapping into the growing market for Sourdough. Available in two popular sizes 9” and 12”, our part baked pizzas offer convenience for those operators short of time.

The base is made in a deep pan format to allow the consumer to taste the sour flavour from the first bite. Produced using a high level of sourdough which has been selected to promote a flavour profile with rye, earthy, cereal notes and an intense acidity that packs a flavoursome punch, operators can now promote a high-quality product with complete ease. By using the rye sour our Master Baker has created bases that are light and fluffy in texture, creating a desirable eat for any consumer.
