Our new gluten free dough pucks are the perfect way for operators to produce an authentic gluten free pizza option for gluten free diners.

The pucks offer menu versatility, allowing the operator to prepare more dishes with just one product including but not exclusive to Pizza, Calzone, Bruschetta, Topped flatbreads, garlic bread, flavoured bread sticks and even canapes and street food ideas. Formulated by our Master Baker, our new gluten free dough pucks mean gluten free diners can now enjoy a gluten free pizza with the traditional taste of Italy.
