Storage
Tascas should be stored in a freezer at –18°C, until required.

Defrost
For best results take the bag of Tascas out of the box and place in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
They can then be used as required. Unused Tascas will keep for up to 3 days if kept wrapped.
To use straight away, take the number of Tascas required, place in a bag and thaw at room temperature for up to 1 hour.

Preparation
Tascas may be filled with any combination of sandwich ingredient

Cooking
Because Tascas are already fully cooked, they can be eaten once defrosted.
If heating, Tascas simply need toasting on a Panini Grill at 160°C for just 90 seconds, or can be heated through an oven for 5 minutes, depending on the filling.

Tascas - folded soft bread pockets in four great flavours - just thaw, fill and serve!

ABread

Tascas are fully baked, folded, soft bread pockets that are perfect for operators wanting a quick and easy sandwich with a difference.

Convenient to use and great for portion control, it couldn’t be simpler; thaw, fill and serve, either cold, warmed in an oven or toasted on a Panini grill.

Tascas contain less than 1% salt, are hand-finished and made using the finest, natural ingredients, containing no preservatives or GM products and, with four in the range, there’s plenty of variety.

Testimonial Image 2

We have been buying products from Pan’Artisan’s range for the last 8 years and currently list Brown Pizza Bases, Panizza and Tasca. In fact we were involved with the original development of the ‘especially for schools’ range and have collaborated on projects such as the reduction of salt and inclusion of Omega 3 for children. We have an excellent working relationship and, more importantly, the children love their products.
