Classic Doughball

Pan Artisan dough balls are available in various weights and are based on our original recipe from Capri.

Hi-Crust

Our Hi-Crust doughballs make delicious hi-crust 12″ pizzas. Available in Standard and Sour dough versions.

Sour Dough

We use rye sour that has earthy cereal notes with an intense acidity. Our products do not use flavourings and contain only natural sugar.

Wood Burning

This product was originally designed specifically to cook on a stone oven at high temperature but will cook in any type of oven. When hand stretched, it produces an Italian style pizza with an aerated crust.

Our pizza dough balls are available in a variety of weights to make different sizes of  pizza as well as woodburning, sourdough, easy-stretch and high-crust versions.

Hi-Crust dough balls

Our 240g Hi-Crust doughballs make delicious hi-crust 12″ pizzas. They do not contain flavourings, are low in salt and fat and contain only natural sugar. Our Hi-Crust dough balls comes in both Standard and Sourdough versions.

Sour dough balls

We offer 4 different sizes of sour doughballs. We use rye sour that has earthy cereal notes with an intense acidity. Our products do not use flavourings and contain only natural sugar.

This product was originally designed specifically to cook on a stone oven at high temperature but will cook in any type of oven.

DOUGHBALLS – Product variants

Our premium quality Doughballs are made from an original Neapolitan recipe, which allows greater elasticity of the dough, promoting a more superior, final flavour. They are manufactured using only the finest ingredients, with no artificial preservatives, flavours or GM products. They are low in fat and have a salt content of less than 1%.

All our doughballs (apart from HiCrust) can be baked in woodburning, stone, impinger and convectional ovens). HiCrust cannot be cooked in convectional ovens.
