Storage & Cooking – Tascas
Tascas should be stored in a freezer at –18°C, until required.
For best results take the bag of Tascas out of the box and place in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
They can then be used as required. Unused Tascas will keep for up to 3 days if kept wrapped.
To use straight away, take the number of Tascas required, place in a bag and thaw at room temperature for up to 1 hour.
Tascas may be filled with any combination of sandwich ingredient.
Because Tascas are already fully cooked, they can be eaten once defrosted.

If heating, Tascas simply need toasting on a Panini Grill at 160°C for just 90 seconds, or can be heated through an oven for 5 minutes, depending on the filling.
